Complaints

In every organization, customer dissatisfaction of one form or the other may arise and for that reason we have provided an avenue for the redress of complaints. All complaints shall be submitted online under the complaints tab. The complaints shall be confidential and complainant’s identity shall only be revealed to the offending party for response. As a sign of good faith, the complainant will be expected to provide their names in full, phone numbers and email address. Anonymous complaints though welcome, may not be acted upon for lack of verification. The nature of the complaint should also be clearly stated. Persons who submit false complaints shall be blacklisted.
